Commenced his career in London working in the architectural model-making field, after completing formal training in 3D design and prototype building. His work involved completing projects for large architectural and product design companies. Nick was involved with building prototypes of (very early) cell phones, vehicle interiors, scale buildings, computers and many other products. After emigrating to New Zealand in late 1994, he transferred his skills to cabinet-making and worked through the ranks to a management position. When the company he was employed with went into shopfitting, Nick became a project manager, and a few years later, it was a natural progression to become director of his own company.
Aidan Teesdale - Project Director
Aidan possesses over 10 years in the shop fitting industry which includes working as a Project Manager in the United Kingdom.
Aidan has been involved with many major projects in NZ and the UK which include Tesco Express and Tesco Metro (UK) and Sugar Club, Platypus Shoes, AMI Insurance (NZ) and he also project managed The Tooth Company, Takapuna which went on to win The Supreme winner award at the RED awards 2015.
Ingrid Turpin - Co-Owner/Accounts Receivable
Ingrid is married to the Company Director and is a Shareholder and member of the Management Team. She has been involved with the company since the founding in 2004 setting up and managing all areas of Finance. As the company has grown significantly, Ingrid now focuses her attention on the Accounts Receivable side, company administration and Management duties. Ingrid has worked in Accounts/Finance for 32 years for many different industries across the UK and NZ and comes from an extended family of business owners.

Karl joined our team as Factory Manager in mid 2005. His background in the Cabinetmaking industry is extensive with over 22 years in the trade, working his way up through the ranks. Karl is responsible for securing, pricing and building a pipeline of joinery work from existing and new customers.
Michael Palmer - Operations Manager-Factory
Michael commenced his career as an apprentice boat builder and then evolved across project management, quantity surveying and management areas which give him experience at a practical, operational and technical level.
Michael possesses diverse work experience at senior levels in different positions and locations. He has developed a wide knowledge of construction specific business issues and processes with 17 years covering marine, commercial and residential construction projects.
